MyViewIQ provides YouTube Shorts analytics, AI-assisted diagnostics, and creator workflow tools.

• Channel and track analytics
• AI-assisted generation and diagnostics with credits consumption
• Account, billing, order, and credits management

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• Contact support immediately for suspicious activity

4. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions auto-renew by billing cycle until canceled
• Users can manage/cancel in-app via the Creem customer portal
• Cancellation stops future charges and applies at period end
• One-time credit packs are not subscriptions and do not auto-renew

5. Refunds and Disputes

Refund handling follows our Refund Policy. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent use
• No attempts to attack or bypass platform security
• No content that violates applicable laws or platform rules

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, interface, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors.

You keep rights to your submitted content and grant us a limited license to operate the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
