Refund Policy

  • Subscription cancellation only stops future renewals at period end
  • Duplicate/incorrect charges are handled via account credit or billing adjustment first

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Consumed credits or already-used paid capabilities
  • User mistakes or change-of-mind requests
  • Account restrictions caused by Terms violations

3. Request Window

  • One-time purchases: generally within 30 days
  • Subscription renewals: generally within 14 days
  • Special incidents may be reviewed case-by-case

4. How to Request

Send an email to support and include:

  • Account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Purchase date and reason
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence

5. Cancellation vs Refund

  • Canceling subscription stops future renewals only
  • Benefits remain active until the current period ends
  • No prorated cash refunds for consumed or active-period benefits unless required by law

6. Processing Time

  • Initial support response: usually 1-2 business days
  • Duplicate/incorrect charges are reviewed for account credit or billing adjustment
  • Any legally mandated refunds follow payment rail timelines

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time and post revisions with a new effective date.
